I do occasionally get water trapped inside and it runs out at the most inopportune times (at a dance one time). I've also more recently suffered with an infection from the water getting trapped and not clearing. My doctor told me to keep using the neti pot and take decongestants. I did this and used up the whole box of decongestants with no relief (have pressure/pain and balance issues as a result). He told me to try it again. I've gone through a second box of decongestants - the rest of me feels very dry but my sinuses still feel plugged and it feels like water is trapped inside (pressure/pain/balance issues continue).
