Kin, yes you can eat bicarbonate of soda. Some people put it in when cooking cabbage. It can also be taken with food as an antacid.

Yep baking soda will help eliminate funk.

I make a herbal toothpaste with baking soda. It’s an excellent tooth whitener.

I also use it when I’m deep cleaning my ferrets tray liners.:-)
